Job Description
Are you an energetic go-getter with experience (or looking to gain experience) in a dynamic e-commerce warehouse? For B2B Flowers B.V. and our online labels, we are looking for a full-time Logistics Worker in Lisse.
No two days are the same! You ensure that stock from our various warehouses is neatly replenished in our central warehouse in Lisse. You pick orders, carefully pack them, and prepare them for shipping using packing slips and handheld scanners. Because we are closely connected to the floral trade, a driver's license is required for tasks such as bringing urgent orders to the flower auctions in Rijnsburg or Aalsmeer.
What will you do?
- Order picking for all our webshops and the wholesale market.
- Replenishing stock in the central Lisse warehouse from secondary locations.
- Scanning product codes, printing shipping labels, and packing fresh, dried, silk, and decor products.
- Performing cyclical inventory checks using QR codes and scanners.
- Occasionally delivering urgent orders to clients or flower auctions (Rijnsburg/Aalsmeer).
- All other general warehouse tasks.
Who are you?
- You have vocational (MBO) working and thinking level and a hands-on mentality.
- You work accurately and maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods.
- You are physically fit and ready to pitch in.
- You hold a valid Driver's License (Class B).
- Good command of English or Dutch.

What will you do?
- Order picking and packing for webshop orders using checklists and scanners.
- Scanning codes and printing shipping labels to ready packages for transport.
- Assisting with stock counts using QR codes and scanners.
- General warehouse duties.
Who are you?

- Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Our designer creates the templates and guidelines; your role is to efficiently produce these collections in high volumes with high quality standards. No creative designing required—just high-output crafting! You work quickly, accurately, and maintain a tidy workstation. Available flexibly on a part-time basis or as a freelancer (ZZP).
What will you do?
- Efficiently produce and tie dried and artificial bouquets according to fixed designs.
- Perform quality checks on finished creations.
- Maintain a smooth workflow and clean workspace in the studio.
Who are you?
- Handy and experienced in tying flowers (experience with dried/artificial flowers is a plus).
- Fast-paced, productive, and precise worker.
- Enjoys producing large volumes based on clear existing designs.
