Artisanal dried thistles with 8 to 10 stems per bundle of dried flowers. The stems can have several bulbs per branch. These fantastically beautiful bunches of bullet thistles, or Echinops dried flowers, have a deep blue, blue-grey colour, if they stand in the window or if a certain sunlight falls on them you can also discover a hint of purple in these dried flowers. Ball thistles, like almost all other species of thistle, are quite prickly. It is therefore not surprising that the scientific name Echinops is derived from the Greek word 'Echinos', which in turn means 'hedgehog'.
